Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Halo Agent Hub ("Halo," "the Platform," "the Service"), operated by Advanced Financial Planning LLC, you ("User," "Agent," "Subscriber") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Halo Agent Hub is a proprietary insurance agency management platform providing CRM, pipeline management, AI-powered underwriting assistance, automated communications (including SMS/text messaging), commission tracking, and related tools for licensed insurance agents and agencies.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed insurance professional (or authorized representative of a licensed agency) to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Access to Halo is provided through paid subscription plans. Fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Advanced Financial Planning LLC and its agents may send SMS/text messages to insurance leads and clients through the Halo Agent Hub platform. By providing your phone number through any of our lead intake forms, online calendar booking pages, or direct communication with an agent, you consent to receive text messages from us regarding:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Follow-up communications regarding insurance inquiries
• Policy status updates and information
• Responses to your questions about insurance products

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our agents. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent unless you re-opt in.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform — including source code, algorithms, data models, AI integrations, user interface designs, and documentation — are the exclusive property of Advanced Financial Planning LLC. You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Platform.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; interfere with the Platform's infrastructure; attempt unauthorized access; share credentials; send unsolicited communications in violation of TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or similar laws; scrape or harvest data; or resell access without authorization.

7a. Unlimited Talk & Text — Fair Use

Halo plans include unlimited calling and messaging for genuine, person-to-person insurance business. We never meter your work ethic: there are no dial caps, no per-minute tiers, and no charges for calling more. “Fair use” means one thing — legal use. Robocalling, autodialed spam, sequential-number dialing, snowshoeing across numbers to evade carrier filtering, sending to purchased lists without consent, or any pattern that violates TCPA, the TSR, CAN-SPAM, or carrier A2P policies may result in suspension of messaging/calling features (and, where required, reporting to carriers). Volume alone is never a violation.

8. Data Privacy and Security

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, row-level security, and access controls. We will not sell your data or your clients' data to third parties.

9. AI Features Disclaimer

AI-powered features (including the AI Underwriter and automated recommendations) are decision-support tools only. AI outputs do not constitute insurance advice, underwriting decisions, or professional recommendations. You are solely responsible for verifying AI suggestions and making independent professional judgments.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advanced Financial Planning LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
